1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are applicable only for offline batches conducted at our physical education center.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of enrollment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons unrelated to the course.
  • Form amount/kit amount will not be refunded.
  •  No refund policy for EMI/Loan.
  •   Refund requests will not be accepted after 3 days.
  • Failure to attend the classes without prior notice.
  • Completion of the course, as the knowledge transfer has already occurred.

3. How to Request a Refund:

  • Send an email to shikshakunj@gmail.com with your full name, course details, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.

4. Refund Process:

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during enrollment.

By enrolling in our offline batches, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as :

  1. During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
  2. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
  3. We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.
